OUR STORY

Innovation Employment was established in 2007 by Dublin-based Lynda McCracken as a response to her own personal circumstances. After the birth of her children, she found herself looking for a different , more flexible sort of employment model – but one that would still reflect her highly successful track record in the areas of accountancy, capital markets, funds treasury and software design. 

She rapidly found that there were countless other like-minded professionals out there, for a whole variety of reasons. In double quick time, she had assembled a panel of highly talented financial marketing, technical and services professionals and had started to operate as a talent broker with a number of leading Irish companies in the SME and Innovation space.

Today, Innovation Employment is the leading specialist in the area of  sourcing and placing a wide range of professionals in flexible working arrangements, with a long list of satisfied employers and professionals alike.
